Power of Attorney for Healthcare Workshop

Please join CJE Senior Life for a workshop for people age 60+ on completing a Power of Attorney for Healthcare and Medical Directive (Living Will). All participants will have the opportunity to complete these documents at the workshop. The workshop will also include a general discussion of other advance care planning and estate planning documents. Workshop and discussion lead by CJE staff attorney Ellen Cushing. Begins promptly at 3pm. There is no charge for this program or the documents. Open to Illinois residents age 60+. Registration required by October 23 to Levy Senior Center, Front Desk 847.448.8250.
